Support for monthly financial closing and process improvement Financial Analyst We are looking for an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to work in the finance department, ensuring efficient control of receivables and contributing to the company's financial health. Main Responsibilities * Monitor and record received payments; * Perform bank reconciliations for accounts related to receivables; * Manage accounts receivable, due dates, and outstanding amounts; * Monitor payments received via credit/debit cards, PIX, agreements, bank slips, and other payment methods; * Identify financial discrepancies and carry out necessary follow-up actions; * Prepare reports on delinquency, receipts, and cash flow; * Conduct collections and monitor negotiations with customers and partners; * Verify fees, deadlines, and settlements processed by card operators; * Support monthly financial closing; * Maintain updated financial controls, spreadsheets, and information; * Provide support to stores and other departments regarding accounts receivable matters; * Contribute to improving finance department processes and internal controls. Requirements * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields; * Experience with finance routines and accounts receivable; * Knowledge of bank reconciliation and receivables analysis; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Organized, responsible, analytical profile with strong communication skills; * Ability to work under deadlines, perform verifications, and handle large volumes of information. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the retail sector or in companies with multiple units.
