




Job Summary: Provide technical advisory support for surgical procedures, product handling, and follow-up of medical evaluations related to the business unit’s portfolio. Key Highlights: 1. Follow-up of evaluations and post-operative support Provide technical advisory support for surgical procedures related to the *portfolio* of the Business Unit(s) served, delivering technical support to medical teams—including device programming, guidance on proper product handling, and evaluation follow-up. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist Management in planning the surgery and evaluation appointment schedule; * Schedule and communicate internally scheduled surgical procedures under your responsibility, enabling appropriate procedural planning; * Perform checklists of required accessories for procedures under your responsibility; * Monitor shipment of materials designated for surgical procedures under your responsibility; * Participate in scheduled surgical procedures, providing technical advisory support to medical teams—including device programming, guidance on proper product handling, and evaluation follow-up; * Perform equipment and medical device disinfection after use in hospital units, when necessary; * Record information on performed surgical procedures in corporate applications/systems, enabling internal teams to proceed with subsequent steps; * Submit duly completed and signed OPME usage notices (operating room forms), DECAS, and other documents to the Sales Support team, per internal process; * Issue Implantable Device Carrier Cards (pacemakers, ICDs, etc.), as applicable; * Report non-conformities occurring during procedures to the Quality team, per internal process; * Periodically replace digital dosimeters and PPE (as applicable) and comply with usage standards per SESMT team instructions; * Provide post\-operative patient support—including evaluations and programming of implantable devices—as needed; * Ensure safekeeping, security, and return of equipment (programmers, polygraphs, etc.) after use; * Support company inventory control by conducting counts of products from the Business Unit(s) served at customer sites, as needed; * Support billing collections for outstanding invoices with customers; * Provide Management with continuous feedback regarding acceptance and use of company products; * Complete control reports and other required documentation upon Management request. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education or ongoing undergraduate degree, preferably in the Health field; * Intermediate *Microsoft Office* proficiency; * Minimum 2 years’ experience in the hospital sector and with surgical materials—particularly with products from the Business Unit(s) served; * Basic knowledge of human anatomy and cardiac physiology; * Familiarity with good practices, biosafety standards, and procedures; * Valid driver’s license (Brazilian CNH Category B); * Full availability, including for travel; * Personal vehicle (car) availability\* * Bachelor’s degree completion in the Health field is desirable; * Intermediate technical English proficiency is desirable. **Additional Information** * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho) * **Work Schedule:** External work (not subject to working hour control) * **Benefits:** * Fuel allowance * Parking allowance * Meal/food allowance (flexible) * Health insurance (shared cost) * Education allowance (20% cost coverage for undergraduate or postgraduate studies related to the position) * Christmas basket, to celebrate year-end with extra flavor * Partnerships with institutions offering discounts * On-site massage therapy (BA only) * Other role-specific benefits: Variable compensation \+ Hazard pay allowance *Note: Benefits may be modified due to legislative changes, regional differences, or updates to internal company policies.* Inclusive job posting: also available for PWD \- Persons with Disabilities.
