




Job Summary: Professional responsible for mapping, standardizing, and reviewing internal processes; monitoring quality indicators; preventing failures; and supporting accreditation processes in the healthcare field. Support for accreditation processes and internal audits **Main Responsibilities** * Map, standardize, and review **internal processes** (clinical and administrative) * Develop and update **SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)** * Monitor **quality and performance indicators** * Prevent failures and reduce risks (e.g., claim denials, rework, operational errors) * Conduct **internal audits** and support external audits * Support **accreditation processes** (e.g., ONA, ISO, among others) * Identify improvement opportunities and implement **action plans** * Train teams on processes, standards, and best practices * Ensure compliance with **patient safety protocols** * Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to standardize care delivery **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree (Administration, Nursing, Hospital Management, or related fields) * Experience in **process and quality management in healthcare** * Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, flowcharts) * Familiarity with hospital accreditation standards and regulatory norms * Audit experience is a plus Salary: R$2.500,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Partner programs and commercial discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
