




Job Summary: Professional to handle management reports, presentation structuring, preparation of administrative documents, and support for internal Quality audits. Key Highlights: 1. Support for internal Quality audits PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Not mandatory) Technical Knowledge \- Quality tools: PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys \- Process management: Process mapping and Systemic Interactions \- Institutional documentation: Document control — SOPs, Protocols, Policies, etc.; internal audits; nonconformance handling; 5S audits \- Standards and regulations: Hospital accreditation and health standards KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Prepare and present management reports for Quality and RHC departments to supervisors 2\. Structure slide presentations to demonstrate results 3\. Draft meeting minutes and agendas, and issue meeting invitations 4\. Prepare and send internal notices and formal email responses 5\. Handle telephone inquiries 6\. Prepare administrative documents 7\. Maintain Quality documents 8\. Register and record documentation in the information system 9\. Prepare budgets and quotations when required 10\. File and organize departmental portfolios and information 11\.
