Analyze and record the entry/exit of complaints (workflows, e-mails, preliminary injunctions, NIP, PROCON, Reclame Aqui, etc.) and other departmental documents, classifying them, verifying data and dates. Forward to relevant departments for analysis and action when necessary, while also supporting administrative routines related to handling and responding to received complaints, as well as issuing/creating spreadsheets and documents when required, taking necessary steps to send responses to the complainant. Perform administrative support activities, acting as a facilitator to ensure compliance with and smooth flow of area processes, supporting Management in organizing and operating the team’s administrative routines, among other administrative support tasks. Analyze documents related to received complaints, including both documents submitted by the complainant and internally generated documents, identifying possible irregularities and verifying information and calculations. Register information in the system, updating the client database with new information. (Directorate, Management, Coordination, and Supervision) and, when directed, to the Administrative Analyst. Be responsible for handling preliminary injunctions and administrative proceedings from ANS (NIP/PROCON), following the same workflow applied to other customer complaints. Perform beneficiary registration updates, system data entry, registration cancellation, beneficiary information updates, and other activities within the workflow system. Completed high school education; undergraduate studies preferred.
