Job Summary: Lead, guide, and diagnose failures in hardware and electronic equipment, ensuring production quality and continuous process improvement, and manage the team. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and ensure hardware production and quality targets. 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic equipment. 3. Diagnose failures and coordinate the operational team. * Lead hardware equipment production line activities, ensuring achievement of production and quality targets. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic and hardware equipment, ensuring full functionality of devices used in production. * Technically supervise and guide the team in assembly, testing, and repair activities for equipment. * Diagnose failures in circuit boards, electronic components, and embedded systems, proposing feasible technical solutions. * Coordinate operational team activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and established deadlines. * Contribute to continuous process improvement and maintain a healthy work environment. * Manage the team using tools such as PDI, One\-on\-One, and Feedbacks. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
