Our job openings are also valid for persons with disabilities (PCD). \#MedSênior \#jobopenings \#hiring \#opportunities \#technology \#health \#hiringnow **Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Serve as the focal point for managing infrastructure construction projects and internal IT improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment among operations, business units, and sponsors; * Lead strategic coordination among technical teams, stakeholders, and suppliers, ensuring efficient communication and decision-making aligned with corporate objectives; * Jointly manage, with infrastructure technical leadership, the physical-financial schedule for IT construction projects, including Data Centers, networks, structured cabling, and technical room setup; * Coordinate technology modernization, optimization, and IT asset upgrade projects, aiming for high availability, performance, and operational continuity; * Monitor and supervise supplier and external partner deliverables, ensuring contractual compliance, adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and technical specifications; * Monitor and control CAPEX and OPEX budgets in collaboration with technical management, mitigating financial deviations and promoting efficiency in project execution; * Support project governance through KPIs, executive reports, and risk tracking, ensuring initiatives progress within defined timelines and scopes. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Solid experience in IT infrastructure projects and technical construction management; * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira or similar) and process modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio or Lucidchart); * Hands-on profile with excellent articulation and negotiation skills; * Knowledge of IT frameworks (ITIL) and project methodologies (PMBOK/Agile); * Willingness to travel. **Additional information** * Benefits: Meal allowance, Health and Dental Plans, Gympass, Birthday leave, Psychological support, and Transportation allowance.
