We’re looking for a Project Manager to work directly with clients in the US on conversational AI implementation projects. Your Responsibilities: * Track task progress and milestones, keeping schedules updated (Jira, Asana, or similar tools) * Lead status meetings with internal teams and US-based clients (stand\-ups, weekly check\-ins) * Identify risks and blockers before they become issues — and escalate when necessary * Prepare progress reports and executive presentations for US stakeholders * Ensure the backlog is prioritized and the team has clarity on upcoming deliverables * Maintain all project documentation in order: plans, meeting minutes, status reports, lessons learned * Ensure QA and validation processes are followed before each client delivery * Propose continuous improvements to internal management and execution processes What We’re Looking For: Required * 2–3 years coordinating IT projects * Advanced or fluent English * Proficiency with tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp) * Experience with agile methodologies * Ability to manage multiple concurrent demands Preferred * Experience with AI, chatbots, or automation * PMP, PSM, or equivalent certification * Experience in remote\-first international environments * Knowledge of NLP, LLMs, or AI platforms The GBI Group believes in diversity and inclusion; therefore, all professionals are welcome.
