Contribute to customer satisfaction and hands-on learning Position: Junior Project Manager – Data Center Construction Projects **X-ONE IT Solutions**, a leader in Data Center infrastructure, is hiring a Junior Project Manager to drive the advancement of high-tech construction projects. Responsibilities: * **Support portfolio project management**, assisting in prioritizing construction advancement initiatives aligned with company strategy, under senior guidance; * **Assist in adopting best practices for governance**, contributing to the application of agile (Scrum/Kanban) or traditional (PMI) methodologies in construction scheduling; * **Identify initial risks and assist in mitigation**, monitoring construction continuity with team support; * **Support project budget management**, tracking construction-related expenditures within established limits; * **Accompany executives in negotiations and sales** related to Data Center projects; * **Prepare and update basic project documentation**, such as schedules in Microsoft Project; * **Closely monitor construction progress**, measuring planned vs. actual performance via Microsoft Project; * **Participate in client-facing implementation Kick-Off meetings**, under senior leadership; * **Contribute to customer satisfaction** during implementation and post-construction, reporting feedback; * **Develop simple progress indicators**, such as physical construction progress, and report gaps to senior management; * **Perform other role-related duties**, with emphasis on hands-on learning. Requirements (**Microsoft Project is MANDATORY**): * Demonstrated experience and proficiency in Microsoft Project (the sole mandatory prerequisite – essential for schedule, resource, and construction progress control); * Desired education: Completed technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration Engineering, with focus on infrastructure construction (Data Centers); * Experience in construction or Data Centers is a plus, but we prioritize junior candidates with strong tool proficiency.
