This responsibility includes ensuring alignment between architectural initiatives and portfolio strategic objectives; * Provide technical leadership in defining and reviewing architectures, identifying opportunities for cost and technology improvement. Drive decisions regarding technological standards, frameworks, integrations, and infrastructure, ensuring resilience, scalability, and compliance with B3's governance standards. Guide the team in creating concise technical guidance with clearly defined use cases; * Support employees' professional growth by delivering regular feedback and developing customized technical development plans. Foster an environment of continuous learning and technical excellence; * Maintain and evolve the architecture artifacts repository, including High-Level Views, C4 diagrams, HLDs (High Level Designs), ADRs (Architecture Decision Records), and Architectural Agreements. Ensure all projects adhere to established standards and contribute to organizational architectural consistency; * Actively contribute to improving internal area processes and cross-functional processes involving architecture, identifying optimization opportunities and implementing enhancements; * Promote close collaboration with Product, Software Engineering, SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), Information Security, and Infrastructure teams. This integration is essential to ensure architecture decisions are contextually appropriate for the B3 environment and aligned with operational and business needs. **Area Responsibilities** This area is responsible for developing and maintaining the technological infrastructure supporting trading and settlement processes for over-the-counter (OTC) assets. This includes managing the Sinacor system, which is critical for fixed-income transaction intermediation and recordkeeping. Additionally, the area ensures regulatory compliance and data integrity, while providing technical and operational support to market participants. The focus is on innovation and excellence in delivering solutions that meet financial market demands.
