Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and innovative professional with strong interpersonal skills to manage procurement, develop suppliers, and ensure service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Pursuit of innovation and new technologies in the civil construction sector We are looking for a person with strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, ease in working within multidisciplinary teams, an owner's mindset, and a results-oriented focus. Proactive, engaged, and innovative! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and execute service procurement plans via the Bauru \- SP regional office, aligning pricing, timelines, and quality to meet requesting departments' needs; * Prepare competitive bidding maps; * Present market scenarios; * Adhere to the planned procurement schedule; * Participate in drafting and activating contract drafts; * Request and jointly develop procurement scopes with relevant departments; * Visit suppliers to assess their facilities; * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal customers; * Identify and cultivate reliable and alternative supply sources; * Develop new business partners; evaluate and approve suppliers; * Continuously monitor market trends and remain attentive to opportunities, developments, and other dynamics across the supply chain; * Stay alert to opportunities for applying new technologies in the civil construction sector; * Assume and manage risks in accordance with governance and compliance criteria, remaining sensitive to these factors in a constantly evolving environment; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School (a Bachelor's degree is preferred) Relevant experience in procurement or engineering. * **Preferred Qualifications:** ----------------- * Technical knowledge of construction projects; * Negotiation skills; * Contract management; * Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of technical\-commercial equalization processes, proposal validation and presentation, and competitive bidding frameworks; * Interpersonal Skills: ability to establish partnerships and formulate optimal strategies with requestors and suppliers. **Additional Information** * The Company Offers: * Competitive salary * Medical and dental insurance * Meal/food allowance (VR/VA) * Transportation allowance (VT) * Gym membership (Gympass/Wellhub) * Birthday day off * Profit-sharing program (PLR) At Vitta, our mission is to **fulfill dreams and transform people's lives.** In ten years, we have become part of many people's stories — whether clients who achieved homeownership or colleagues who share our passion for innovation.
