If you enjoy challenges, possess an analytical profile, and wish to work in an innovation-driven environment — and also love the pet universe — this opportunity may be for you. **Main Responsibilities** **Logistics Operations Management** * Coordinate end-to-end laboratory logistics operations: * sample collection; * route planning; * inter-unit transfers; * air and ground transportation; * logistics hubs; * receipt and traceability. * Ensure integrity, stability, and timeliness of biological samples throughout the entire logistics chain. * Develop and monitor operational SLAs and critical operational KPIs. **Process Structuring and Scalability** * Standardize operational processes across units and regions. * Design national operating models considering multiple CNPJs and diverse regional realities. * Lead continuous improvement projects, productivity gains, and logistics cost reduction initiatives. * Support logistics and operational integrations during M&A processes. **Partner and Supplier Management** * Manage logistics operators, carriers, airlines, and regional partners. * Negotiate contracts, service levels, and logistics costs. * Implement operational governance and performance monitoring routines. **Technology and Traceability** * Support implementation and enhancement of logistics systems and tracking tools. * Ensure sample traceability with check-in/check-out control and operational monitoring. * Collaborate with technology and laboratory teams to build digital processes. **People Management** * Lead the operational and administrative logistics team. * Foster a performance-oriented culture, operational discipline, and quality focus. * Establish routines for team monitoring, training, and development. **Requirements** * Prior experience in logistics coordination. * Strong operational experience in B2B logistics, mission-critical operations, cold chain, or sensitive operations. * Experience with route planning, carriers, and logistics network management. * Experience managing operational KPIs and SLAs. * Analytical and data-driven profile. * Ability to operate in a dynamic and rapidly expanding environment. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Strong communication skills, organization, and execution capability. * Experience leading operational teams. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in laboratory, hospital, pharmaceutical, or healthcare logistics. * Experience with biological sample traceability. * Experience managing distributed national operations. * Familiarity with TMS, LIMS, or logistics platforms. * Experience in post-M&A operational integration. * Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies.
