Job Summary: Coordinate receiving and shipping operations, monitor inventory movements, organize the warehouse, guide the team, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Warehouse organization and safety management * Coordinate goods receiving, shipping, and scheduling * Monitor product movements and transformations * Maintain warehouse organization * Ensure proper use of equipment * Guide team members regarding their responsibilities, explaining correct procedures to ensure adequate training * Stay updated on company policies and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage, and instruct the team accordingly * Identify behavioral deviations or policy violations, implementing corrective and preventive measures * Supervise PPE usage * Conduct team meetings to communicate procedures, objectives, and results * Participate in inventory counts * Use PPE whenever required * Request supervisor presence when necessary * Keep the supervisor informed of irregular situations * Perform other related duties as directed by the supervisor Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.400,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
