Join our team. **Job Objective** * **Support the monitoring** of daily activities, helping ensure operational information reaches coordination clearly and in an organized manner. You will act as a facilitator for data flow between the field and the office. **Responsibilities:** * **KPI Tracking:** Assist in collecting and updating KPIs (key performance indicators), helping identify areas requiring attention. * **Reporting Support:** Maintain updated performance spreadsheets and dashboards so leadership can monitor results. * **Process Documentation:** Collaborate in organizing manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs), helping ensure all processes are properly documented. * **Communication Interface:** Serve as a liaison between management and field teams, ensuring smooth information flow. * **Data Organization:** Prepare databases to serve as the foundation for coordination analysis. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields). * Advanced Excel skills * **Work Location:** Swiss Park - Campinas Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1,919.32 - R$2,800.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
