Identify and propose continuous improvements to processes **Job: Production Leader** We are looking for a committed, proactive professional with strong leadership skills to serve as a Production Leader, ensuring production process efficiency, product quality, and adherence to established deadlines. **Responsibilities:** Lead, guide, and develop the production team; Plan, organize, and monitor production activities; Ensure achievement of production, quality, and deadline targets; Monitor team performance; Ensure proper functioning of production processes; Identify and propose continuous improvements to processes; Ensure compliance with sector safety and organization standards; Address operational issues; Support integration among production, quality, and shipping departments. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Production, Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable); Previous experience in this role or in production leadership positions within industrial settings; Knowledge of production processes and team management; Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; Organization, proactivity, and strong communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in the glass industry or manufacturing sector; Knowledge of quality control; Knowledge of systems. **We Offer:** Market-competitive salary; Meal allowance/food voucher.
