Monitor competitors and anticipate market trends **Responsibilities:** ● Transform inventory data into insights for new collections; ● Collaborate with Marketing and VM to create initiatives that accelerate high-margin products; ● Monitor competitors and market trends to anticipate market movements; ● Implement and supervise the use of tools (rotation list, goal boards, and monitoring); ● Manage inventory control (consignments, reservations, and store maintenance); ● Ensure operational processes support sales growth; ● Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team; ● Lead weekly performance meetings and strategy adjustments. **Requirements and Qualifications** ● Prior experience in fashion retail; ● Strategic vision of Visual Merchandising; ● Skills in customer segmentation and CRM; ● Proficiency in Sales Techniques.
