Responsibilities: * Manage all daily store operations and sales strategies, ensuring achievement of established targets; * Hire, train, develop, and supervise the sales team, providing continuous feedback and motivating them to achieve excellence; * Develop and implement effective merchandising and product presentation strategies to enhance store appeal and performance; * Ensure the store is adequately stocked and that product flow is efficient; * Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring all customer needs and expectations are met; * Analyze sales data and identify improvement opportunities, implementing corrective actions when necessary; * Manage the store budget and ensure efficient use of available resources; * Stay updated on the latest trends in the fashion and retail industries, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development. Requirements: * Prior experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role within the retail industry is preferred; * Passion for leading and developing teams, fostering a positive and motivating work environment; * Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and staff; * Strong analytical skills and knowledge of sales data interpretation; * Solid understanding of merchandising techniques and product presentation strategies; * Ability to make quick and decisive decisions; * A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
