Responsibilities and Duties \* Support commercial management in deploying, defining, and monitoring sell-out (sales), activation, and coverage objectives; \* Analyze and monitor Sales Supervisors’ performance results; \* Conduct meetings with Sales Supervisors; \* Analyze sales opportunities within the portfolio; \* Deploy and monitor new customer prospecting objectives per Supervisor; \* Monitor performance and manage the status of the supplier’s sales business plan; \* Review Sales Supervisors’ performance indices, identifying gaps; \* Conduct field visits to assess criteria such as presence and positioning of the ideal product mix; \* Receive objectives from commercial management and relay information to Sales Supervisors; \* Assign responsibilities to Sales Supervisors and manage progress status; \* Ensure objectives align coherently with each area’s opportunities and remain achievable; \* Expand the active base of POS (points of sale); \* Guarantee the applicability and effectiveness of the sales business plan. Requirements and Qualifications \* Completed undergraduate degree; \* Postgraduate specialization preferred (commercial, sales, or marketing areas); \* Solid leadership experience required (Sales Supervision, Coordination, or Management); \* Must reside in the region; \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; \* Retail commercial service knowledge and experience; \* Familiarity with commercial KPIs (DDE, Sell-out) and pricing strategy.
