Lead and develop the media team A marketing agency is seeking a Media Supervisor in Mauá. **Responsibilities:** Lead integrated online and offline media strategy and execution, ensuring efficiency and consistency across channels. Manage campaigns on platforms such as Social Media, Google Ads, Globo Ads, and programmatic (DV). Utilize specialized tools including Instar, Monitor, and AD Media for market analysis and strategic recommendations. Lead and develop the media team, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement. Collaborate with creative, planning, and Business Intelligence (BI) teams to develop data-driven solutions. Monitor budgets, performance reports, and prepare results presentations for clients and senior management.
