Responsibilities: * Coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in customer service and product quality. * Manage staff, including training, scheduling, and continuous motivation. * Monitor inventory and place supply orders. * Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. * Provide effective customer service, promptly resolving issues or complaints. * Monitor restaurant financial performance, consistently pursuing increased profitability and operational efficiency. * Organize events, promotions, and local marketing strategies. Requirements: * Prior experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role. * Strong team management and leadership skills. * Knowledge of inventory control and financial flow management. * Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills, enabling quick and efficient resolution. * Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
