The Team Manager will be responsible for organizing, monitoring, holding accountable, and developing the team — creating clarity, rhythm, and accountability — ensuring operations run efficiently, with discipline and a focus on results. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Lead the team daily, ensuring organization, focus, and execution of priority tasks; * Monitor individual and collective goals, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are met; * Complete and monitor performance, productivity, and results indicators, proposing continuous improvements; * Conduct alignment meetings, individual feedback sessions, and track team development; * Enforce execution firmly and clearly, maintaining a high-performance and accountable environment; * Identify operational bottlenecks, propose solutions, and structure internal process improvements; * Organize workflows, define priorities, and strategically distribute tasks; * Develop each team member’s individual potential, enhancing performance and professional maturity; * Act as a strategic bridge between the team and CEOs, ensuring clear, objective communication aligned with organizational objectives; Ensure LUSA’s culture, values, and standard of excellence are upheld daily. * **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Clear, objective, and firm communication skills, with ability to lead and guide people; * Prior experience in leadership, coordination, or team management; * Ability to organize, plan, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; * Results-oriented profile, focused on goals and high performance; * Ability to quickly identify problems and propose practical solutions; * Ability to enforce execution without compromising respect and team alignment; * Experience managing tasks, metrics, and organizational tools such as ClickUp; * Emotional intelligence to interact effectively with diverse behavioral profiles; * Ability to understand cross-departmental workflows, ensuring alignment and efficient execution; * Basic knowledge of digital marketing — including creatives, funnels, landing pages, websites, checkout flows, and campaigns — is considered a plus; **Additional Information** -------------------------- ### **What we offer:** Working hours: 9 AM to 8 PM, with a dynamic routine focused on high performance.
