This professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and driving online sales growth, ensuring an excellent customer experience and strengthening the brand's presence in the digital environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations (own website, marketplaces, and integrations) * Define and execute digital sales and marketing strategies * Monitor and analyze KPIs (conversion rate, average order value, CAC, ROI, among others) * Optimize the customer journey and user experience (UX) * Manage product mix, product listings, and pricing strategies **Requirements:** * Prior experience in e-commerce or digital marketing management * Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces * Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) * Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with high-volume online sales * Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation * Experience in UX/UI projects * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields Compensation: starting at R$4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance Selection Question(s): * Driver's license class B?
