Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement **About the position:** We are looking for a dynamic **Commercial Coordinator**, with a strong analytical profile and hands-on experience leading teams. This person will be a key player in structuring, monitoring, and developing the sales department, while also serving as a strategic liaison with marketing. **Main responsibilities:** * Coordinate the sales team, promoting organization, motivation, and focus on results. * Monitor and analyze sales department performance indicators (KPIs). * Organize sales routines and processes, ensuring operational efficiency. * Develop and train the team with an emphasis on continuous improvement and goal achievement. * Monitor goals and results, creating action plans when necessary. * Prepare and present performance reports to management. * Collaborate with marketing to align prospecting strategies, campaigns, and lead generation. **Requirements:** * Proven experience supervising or coordinating sales teams. * Experience tracking goals, metrics, and performance reports. * Solid knowledge of commercial marketing strategies (customer relationship management, sales funnel, lead generation, etc.). * Proactive, organized, and results-driven profile. * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and capacity to work autonomously. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with CRM systems and marketing/sales automation tools. * Experience in small or medium-sized enterprises. * Knowledge of methodologies such as sales funnel, SPIN Selling, or similar.
