Job Summary: An outsourcing printing company is seeking a Commercial Manager to manage and develop the B2B sales force, formulate prospecting strategies, and strengthen the brand. Key Highlights: 1. Strengthening the company's brand An established printing outsourcing company with over 30 years in the market has an open position for a Commercial Manager. **Requirements:** Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial management for B2B sales and 12 years in the commercial field. Experience in service companies within the technology sector. Experience managing sales via a sales funnel system (FLUXO). Budget planning coordinated with goal setting and marketing actions. Experience managing hybrid sales teams (Farmer and Hunter). Completed undergraduate degree in: Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising and Publicity, or related fields; postgraduate studies or MBA preferred or currently underway. **Responsibilities:** Daily management and development of the sales force, including consistent feedback practices. Team management aligned with commercial processes, ensuring target achievement and improving customer satisfaction (NPS) within the existing client base. Development of prospecting strategies, including churn reduction. Management and reporting of forecast and pipeline results in the CRM. Conducting visits to existing clients. Identifying market trends. Promoting and strengthening the company's brand.
