Job Summary: The Business Development Analyst will identify and develop new opportunities in the domestic market, supporting managers and collaborating with teams to align growth strategies and map opportunities. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the Relationship Account Manager in addressing client demands and managing needs of Voetur’s current clients. Attending monthly client meetings jointly with the Account Manager. Conducting market research on leads and identifying trends and business opportunities. Providing sales team with funnel customer overviews. Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and sales to align growth strategies. Prospecting opportunities via LinkedIn. Scheduling funnel clients for sales teams. Supporting creation of support materials in collaboration with relevant departments. Managing travel-related communications, scheduling meetings with potential new clients, and preparing project presentations. Developing and implementing market-entry strategies. Staying updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities. This position is open to candidates with disabilities (PCD). The candidate must be proactive, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and demonstrate strong analytical capability to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities. Must be adept at creating presentations, focusing on client engagement and managing administrative tasks. **Requirements:** Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields. Experience in pre-sales and client prospecting, SDR \- Sales Development Representative, in business development. Desirable knowledge of corporate tourism commercial area. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Intermediate Excel proficiency (experience with pivot tables). Proactivity and results orientation.
