Are you passionate about challenges, possess strategic vision, and enjoy transforming processes into results? **Responsibilities:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise the company’s operational activities, ensuring productivity, quality, and deadline targets are met; Coordinate and optimize import, logistics, and distribution processes. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Manage operational teams, enhancing efficiency and engagement. Ensure alignment across departments: procurement, inventory, sales, and customer service. Identify innovative solutions to reduce costs and increase productivity. Support senior management in developing strategic and budgetary plans; Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in operational processes. Ensure the billing team meets its targets and performs accurate order picking. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Proven experience coordinating operations/logistics/imports * Leadership and team management skills * Knowledge of inventory control systems and operational workflow * Digital-savvy, analytical profile with strategic vision * Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills under pressure * Experience importing from China (preferred) * Experience in the trimmings, fashion, or accessories sector (preferred) * Proficiency in analytical tools and reporting software * Must reside in the central region of São Paulo, Brás, or nearby neighborhoods **Benefits:** * Opportunity to lead strategic changes in operations * CLT employment (in-office, Monday to Friday) * Salary: BRL 5,000.00 + benefits (VA + VT + Dental Insurance + Gympass (Wellhub) + Breakfast). **If you fully align with this role’s scope, please submit your resume and grow with us!** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
