Job Summary: Responsible for developing, implementing, and consolidating financial and controllership processes for the Holding company and operational units, ensuring data accuracy and supporting scalability. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience as Controller, Finance Manager, or equivalent 2. Focus on finance processes and controllership 3. In-depth knowledge of financial controls and KPIs Develop, implement, and consolidate financial and controllership processes for the Holding company and operational units (Allp Fit), ensuring data accuracy, reliable budget forecasts, robust internal controls, executive management reports, and operational scalability support. Proven experience as Controller, Finance Manager, or equivalent with focus on finance processes and controllership. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field. \* In-depth knowledge of financial controls, financial KPIs, and management reporting. \* Experience with financial ERP systems and BI tools / dashboards in Excel. \* Prior experience in fast-growing environments / expansion of operational units. \* Experience building decentralized finance teams. \* Experience with Omie and Cotabox systems. \* Intermediate Excel proficiency. **SALARY:** R$4\.500,00 Transportation Allowance + Meal Allowance (R$25 per day) + Todos Card * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Holding Office:** Av.
