Job Summary: The professional will perform accounting analyses of fixed assets, issue reports, prepare financial statements, and organize project data libraries. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and structuring of project data libraries The company is seeking a Fixed Asset Analyst in Barueri (Alphaville). **Responsibilities:** Perform accounting analyses based on fixed asset project databases. Issue monitoring and delivery reports for projects. Conduct file data reconciliation and verification. Prepare accounting statements based on the analyses performed. Produce materials and presentations for clients. Organize and structure project data libraries. Perform validations and verifications at client sites when necessary. Previous experience as a Fixed Asset Analyst, Property Analyst, Asset Management Specialist, or Fixed Asset Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
