The BPO Financial Assistant manages financial processes, controls Accounts Payable and Receivable, and maintains communication with customers and suppliers.

**Position Description:**
We are seeking a **BPO Financial Assistant** to join our team, responsible for managing financial processes, controlling Accounts Payable and Receivable, and maintaining ongoing communication with customers, suppliers, and card operators to ensure smooth financial operations. This professional will play an essential role in organizing and regularizing financial information.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Maintain direct contact with customers to request additional information and pending documentation;
* Communicate with suppliers and card operators to complete or regularize information;
* Execute **Accounts Payable** and **Accounts Receivable** routines, ensuring accurate recording and monitoring of financial obligations;
* Perform **bank reconciliation** to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records;
* Release financial transactions to Accounting, ensuring all data is correct and up-to-date;
* Assist in cash flow control by verifying account balances and supporting financial decision-making.
**Requirements:**
* **Education**: Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Finance-related fields, or similar**;
* Basic knowledge of **Accounts Payable and Receivable**, **Bank Reconciliation**, and **Financial Routines**;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with focus on resolving pending items and clarifying customer and supplier inquiries;
* Experience with **financial management tools** is desirable (may be considered a plus).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in **Financial BPO**.
* Knowledge of **financial management systems** will be considered a plus.
