This position will play a fundamental role in leading financial planning processes, monitoring results, and developing strategic analyses to support corporate and executive areas. ### **Take a look at the challenges awaiting you at BV:** * Strategically monitor operational financial performance, conducting Opex, Capex, and P\&L analyses. * Lead Budget, Forecast, and Rolling Forecast processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic guidelines and financial targets. * Serve as Business Partner to corporate areas, supporting leadership in financial management and decision-making. * Develop robust financial analyses to identify cost optimization opportunities and improve profitability. * Prepare Variance Analysis (Actual vs. Budget), identifying deviations, proposing action plans, and tracking execution. * Monitor and analyze Control area-related performance indicators (KPIs). * Design management reports, executive presentations, and dashboards for financial results tracking. * Present monthly financial results to managers and senior leadership, translating numbers into strategic recommendations. * Develop and implement financial automation initiatives to increase productivity, reduce manual tasks, and strengthen data governance. * Ensure quality, consistency, and reliability of financial information used across the organization. ### **So, does this resonate with you? Now we’d like to know whether you possess the following profile and knowledge:** **Education** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. **Experience** * Solid experience in Controller functions, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP\&A), or Corporate Finance. * Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and results monitoring processes. * Experience preparing executive financial analyses and presentations for leadership. * Experience serving as a Business Partner supporting corporate or operational areas. * Experience conducting Opex, Capex, P\&L, and financial KPI analyses. **Technical Knowledge** * Advanced Excel. * Power BI or similar data visualization tools. * Knowledge of financial modeling and performance analysis. * SQL for queries and data extraction. * Experience with systems and tools such as JIRA, TM1, Protheus. * Experience in financial process automation will be considered a plus. **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong analytical ability and critical thinking. * Consultative profile and ability to influence decisions. * Excellent communication and presentation skills across all hierarchical levels. * Results orientation and value generation for the business. * Organization and prioritization capability. * Autonomy, proactivity, and ownership mindset. * Ability to thrive in dynamic and transformative environments. ### **The following would be considered differentiators:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controller functions, Business Management, or related fields. * Experience in financial transformation and operational efficiency projects. * Experience in finance department automation and modernization initiatives.
