**Financial Analyst**
**Main Responsibilities:**
· Cash Flow Management: Monitor and analyze the company’s cash flows to ensure sufficient liquidity to meet financial obligations.
· Financial Planning: Develop short- and long-term cash flow projections to help the company plan its financing needs.
· Investment Control: Evaluate and manage the company’s investments to maximize returns and minimize risks.
· Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with working capital, foreign exchange, and other variables that may impact treasury operations.
· Bank Reconciliations: Perform periodic reconciliations between bank balances and the company’s internal records to ensure accuracy of financial information.
· Performance Analysis: Evaluate and report on the company’s financial performance using financial indicators and metrics.
· Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments—such as accounting, sales, and strategic planning—to ensure consistency in financial information.
· Reporting: Prepare financial reports for senior management, providing insights into the financial situation and recommendations for improvement.
**Requirements:**
· Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
· Strong data analysis skills, risk management expertise, and solid understanding of financial tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
· Experience in cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliation, and debt management.

Compensation: Up to R$5.000,00 per month
