Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Field Sales Representative to work in the industrial automation sector, conducting client visits and developing commercial proposals. Consultative support and negotiation follow-up FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION – VINHEDO/SP AMS DO BRASIL INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION, a company located in the Industrial District of Vinhedo/SP, is looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to join our commercial team! If you possess a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and passion for technical sales in the industrial sector, this opportunity is for you! RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:\- Conduct in-person visits to clients and prospects across various regions;\- Present technical solutions in industrial automation, spare parts, metal structures, robotics, and packaging systems;\- Develop commercial proposals, follow up on negotiations and post-sales activities;\- Assess client needs and provide consultative support;\- Maintain spreadsheets with visit and opportunity data;\- Support the project team with information gathered from clients; REQUIREMENTS: Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields such as International Trade, International Relations, or Commercial Management); Proven experience in field sales; Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and availability for frequent travel; Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional demeanor, and consultative approach; Technical knowledge is an important advantage. ADDITIONAL ASSETS: Fluency in English or another foreign language; Experience in industrial automation or serving industrial clients; Familiarity with sales tools. EMPLOYMENT TYPE: We are evaluating salary expectations; LOCATION: Vinhedo/SP – with travel required to serve clients in other cities/states.
