The Sales Manager operates integrally, directly impacting hotel demand generation, conversion, and revenue maximization. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for generating demand and growing hotel revenue through active client prospecting, portfolio management and development, relationship management with tour operators, travel agencies, and strategic partners, as well as participation in events and commercial initiatives. Works with a focus on market intelligence, hotel performance monitoring, understanding of pricing strategy and positioning, aligning demand with Revenue Management guidelines, and tracking local market share. Active client prospecting (Fortaleza and surrounding region) Portfolio management and development Collaboration with tour operators, travel agencies, and strategic partnerships Participation in events and commercial initiatives Technical visits and market relationship building Local market share tracking Generation of qualified demand for the hotel Hotel performance monitoring Understanding of pricing strategy and positioning Aligning demand with Revenue Management Providing market intelligence **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields Solid experience in Sales, Reservations, and/or Revenue within hospitality Proficiency in PMS (Opera, CMNet, or similar systems) Knowledge of Channel Managers and OTAs Strong results- and revenue-oriented mindset Analytical mindset with data focus and ability to make quick decisions Commercial profile focused on conversion Leadership and team management skills Clear communication and executive presence Attention to detail and service standards aligned with luxury expectations Advanced English (additional languages are a plus) **You Can Do It!
