Responsibilities of the Training Instructor: \- Responsible for conveying technical information about OPPO smartphones to sales promoters, sales staff, and managers at retail store chains and telecom operators. \- Develop and update training materials; \- Train and manage our sales promoter team, ensuring they are well-informed and confident when promoting our products. \- Sales Promoter Management: Monitor sales promoters' performance, evaluate the effectiveness of delivered trainings, and support achievement of business results. \- Responsible for conveying complex information clearly and concisely to our sales promoters. \- Develop motivational strategies for sales promoters.
