Diverse responsibilities: design, data analysis, social media management, and event support. **Position: Marketing Assistant** We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and responsible professional to join our Marketing and Commercial Intelligence team. If you are interested in activities such as visual design, data analysis, and event support, this position is for you! **No prior experience in this role is required**, as we will provide comprehensive training. What matters most is your genuine willingness to learn and grow with us! **What will be your responsibilities?** Your daily routine will be divided among visual creation, data analysis, and event support: **Design, Communication, and Social Media:** * Create visual assets, digital cards, and institutional materials using Canva. * Draft persuasive copy for announcements, social media captions, and campaigns. * Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms and WhatsApp groups. **Commercial Intelligence (Reporting):** * Monitor and manage active campaign data using spreadsheets. **Event and Operations Support:** * Provide operational and technical support during in-person events and live streams, including photographic coverage and video recording. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Basic/Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Intermediate proficiency in Canva; * Strong analytical ability to handle numbers and reports; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication; * Genuine eagerness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications (Not mandatory but advantageous):** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields; * Prior experience in commercial data analysis; * Knowledge of Google Ads. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM. * **Saturdays:** 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Meal Allowance:** BRL 25.64 per business day (average of BRL 650.00 monthly) * **Fuel Allowance:** BRL 220.00 per month Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: BRL 2,010.00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you available for overtime when necessary?
