Availability to work on weekends and holidays **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in receiving, inspection, picking, and handling of goods. * Experience with the SAP system will be considered a plus. * Desired ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Capacity for learning, practical application, and consistent adherence to company procedures, standards, and rules. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A Day in the Life of a Logistics Operator:** * RECEIVING GOODS: + Conducts quantitative and qualitative receipt of commercial and non-commercial goods (equipment, office supplies, etc.), verifying and identifying overall condition, supplier, measurements, reference, color tone, expiration date, etc. + Prepares physical space and necessary equipment for proper receipt, avoiding loss of productivity during inspection. + Records all relevant information about received goods (quantities, apparent condition, expiration dates, etc.) in the inspection report, ensuring quality and preventing losses. + Stores goods in the correct warehouse location by reading the receipt slip to expedite future order picking or delivery. + Labels products missing or defective barcodes and applies security labels to theft-sensitive items, ensuring goods delivered to retail are ready for sale. + Sorts goods according to flow type — store or warehouse goods. + Releases goods for storage in the Store or Warehouse by contacting the Replenishment or Storage team to perform storage (Receiving Slip). + Performs anti-shrinkage actions through rigorous qualitative and quantitative checks on received goods, optimizing vehicle flow in the Goods Receiving yard and ensuring proper use of material handling equipment (pallet jacks, cages, etc.). + Maintains organization of equipment, tools, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). + Performs safe stacking of pallets to prevent damage to property and people. + Keeps the receiving area clean and organized to help combat shrinkage and prevent workplace accidents. + Receives validated shrinkage reports from Retail, conducts qualitative and quantitative inspections, and places shrinkage items in the designated disposal area. + Receives supplier returns validated by Retail, performs qualitative and quantitative inspections, and schedules pickup. + Receives shipments for Technical Support, conducts qualitative and quantitative inspections, and schedules pickup. * PICKUP AND HOME DELIVERY: + Picks RSS (Reserve Against Stock), identifies products, and informs Commercial Department of the pick. + Assigns physical locations for goods and performs rotating inventory based on the RSS product list. + Delivers goods to customers promptly and courteously, placing them into the customer's vehicle. + Picks and inspects goods, verifying all items listed on the issued order, and makes them available for customer pickup at the Goods Pickup Area or for carrier pickup (home delivery). * REPLENISHMENT: + Restocks products in the store appropriately. * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: + Stores and ensures inventory quality and reliability. + Reviews daily orders generated by the Commercial Department, analyzes data consistency required in orders (addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, references, availability, etc.), organizes order picking chronologically, and releases orders for billing. + Provides telephone support to inform customers about delivery timelines. + Reports any issues involving the picking team, operations, or products to the Logistics Supervisor. + Assists the Logistics Supervisor in smooth warehouse location management (setup, rotating inventories, etc.). + Handles daily processing of canceled RSS orders. + Registers shrinkage incidents identified during goods picking. + Maintains good relations and serves as the liaison with third-party carriers. + Collaborates with the Customer Service team to proactively address potential goods-related issues. + Reports goods-related incidents to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager. + Serves as the point of contact for the Goods Pickup Counter. + Is responsible for their work equipment. + Adheres to safety regulations.
