Your role will include: Managing the business unit serving medium-income individual customers, ensuring all actions are aligned with capturing commercial opportunities; Driving team performance and career development (through coaching and training); Ensuring quality in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements; Providing strategic oversight to Branch Managers; Developing business and acquiring new customers; Prioritizing service quality and customer satisfaction.
