We are seeking a Consortium Sales Supervisor/Manager to lead and develop a team, manage sales and leads via CRM, and ensure target achievement and excellence.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as Consortium Sales Supervisor/Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and developing our internal consortium credit letter sales team, ensuring target achievement and service excellence, with emphasis on efficient lead and process management through the CRM.
Responsibilities:
* Team Management:
* Recruit, train, and develop the consortium sales consultants team.
* Monitor individual and collective performance, providing constructive feedback and continuous coaching.
* Motivate the team, fostering a positive, results-oriented work environment.
* Conduct daily/weekly meetings to align goals, strategies, and challenges.
* Sales and Lead Management via our CRM.
* Manage the entire lead lifecycle exclusively through the CRM system, from acquisition to conversion.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize consortium credit letter volume.
* Ensure correct and optimized CRM usage by the team, guaranteeing timely updates and recording of all interactions.
* Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and propose action plans for continuous improvement, extracting relevant data from the CRM.
* Ensure compliance with consortium commercial and regulatory policies.
* Monitor the market, identifying new opportunities and trends.
* Communication and Relationship Management:
* Serve as the liaison between the sales team and senior management, reporting results and needs.
* Ensure effective communication of new policies, products, and promotions.
* Maintain an excellent relationship with customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales team management, preferably in the consortium or financial products segment.
* Solid experience and proficiency in lead and process management via CRM.
* In-depth knowledge of the consortium market and its regulations.
* Ability to work with targets and under pressure.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Financial market certifications (e.g., CEA, CPA-10, CPA-20).
* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$2.035,29 – R$6.727,33 per month
