Join us and transform patients' lives while transforming your career. **Treasury Coordinator** **\-** **Sr. Associate Treasury** =================================================================== **What You'll Do** This position will be responsible for supporting Treasury, Credit, Collections, and Accounts Receivable activities, covering both Brazil and other countries in the LACAN region (Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, LATAM Distributors, and Canada). The role reports directly to the Senior Regional Treasury Manager and requires strong operational execution, analytical insight, and frequent interaction with internal and external customers in a dynamic, multicultural environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute and support daily treasury and banking operations, including bank statement analysis, banking instruction control, and banking platform management. * Perform Accounts Receivable routines, including bank and AR reconciliations. * Conduct daily contact with customers to track receipts, manage collections, and resolve discrepancies. * Support credit analysis and approvals, including financial statement analysis, customer risk management, and credit insurance controls. * Execute and monitor collection processes, customer payment flow tracking, and AR Aging reviews. * Support Cash Management activities, including cash control and cash flow forecasting. * Manage and support foreign exchange operations. * Support the operational Cash Application team. * Maintain and manage Customer Master Data. * Manage and monitor Intercompany operations. * Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements, and support internal and external audits, including audit reporting. * Interface with regional LATAM teams to ensure standardization and efficiency in financial processes. **Achieve** **What We Expect From You** We are all different, yet we use our unique contributions to serve patients. The qualified candidate we seek is an xxx, with the following qualifications: **Basic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. * Prior experience in finance departments, with exposure to Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury functions; regional LATAM experience and pharmaceutical industry experience are preferred. * Experience with audits and internal controls. * Full Microsoft Office suite proficiency, with advanced/fundamental Excel skills required for this role. * SAP — foundational knowledge. * Fluent English — used daily for communication with regional and corporate teams. * Fluent Spanish — used daily for interaction with Latin American countries. **Technical Knowledge** * Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Collections. * Experience with financial reconciliations. * Knowledge of treasury routines, banking processes, and banking platforms. * Experience with public companies — desirable. * Regional LATAM knowledge — desirable. * Knowledge of SOX and internal controls. * Solid SAP experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** * SAP S/4HANA — desirable. * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Automation — a plus. **Behavioral Skills** * Hands-on profile with strong execution capability. * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. * Flexibility and adaptability to change. * Proactivity and initiative. * Strong communication skills and ease of interaction with diverse audiences and cultures. * Organized profile with high attention to detail. * Strong commitment and sense of responsibility. **Prosper** What You Can Expect From Us While we work to develop treatments that care for others, we also care for our colleagues’ professional growth and personal well-being.
