RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Conduct initial screening and direct customers to appropriate service based on their needs. Foster customer loyalty by offering the option to receive benefits via checking account, explaining the advantages of being a Mercantil customer. Carry out checking account opening procedures. Assist customers in using self-service channels, guiding them on how to use these channels and offering available products and services according to their profiles. Periodically contact customers identified in Commercial Actions via telephone—those with profiles suitable for acquiring bank products and services—and record contact information and outcomes in the CRM. Offer products and services to customers in accordance with Suitability guidelines; support execution of commercial tasks that enable routine activities at Mercantil Bank service points. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (from the 1st semester onward) in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Communications, Commercial Management, Marketing, Finance, or Technology programs related to business fields; Experience in public-facing roles; Sales-oriented profile with prior experience in commercial areas; Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and internet usage. **Desirable but not mandatory:** CPA\-10, CPA\-20 All our job openings are also open to persons with disabilities (PCDs).
