Follow hygiene and food safety regulations Supermarket seeks a Bakery Assistant in Curitiba. **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing bread, savory items, and other bakery products. Sort and organize ingredients and materials used in production. Package, label, and organize products for sale. Restock bread and products on shelves and counters. Assist customers when necessary. Maintain the department clean, hygienic, and organized. Assist in operating bakery equipment under supervision. Monitor product expiration dates and quality. Support proper storage of ingredients and merchandise. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. Assist in inventory control of bakery products and supplies. Contribute to efficient production and departmental customer service. Previous experience as a Bakery Helper, Food Production Operator, Kitchen Assistant, or Pastry Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
