Focus on improving public governance and digital transformation ### **General Information** Brasília \- DF ### **Description** Responsible for development and maintenance activities in new or legacy systems of the Ministry of Management and Innovation; must possess a full\-stack profile \- performing tasks covering the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to supporting final deployment of features developed, aligned with agile development process paradigms. Activities Activities: \-Apply agile software development principles and practices, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), and Kanban; \-Conduct analysis of functional, non\-functional, and agile requirements; \-Apply User Experience (UX) concepts and usability principles in application development; \-And other duties relevant to the position. Requirements: \-Relational data modeling; \-Three\-tier application architecture and MVC pattern; \-Experience Environment The Ministry of Management and Innovation is tasked with coordinating the implementation of public management and innovation policies across Brazil, promoting continuous improvement of the federal public administration.
