Job Summary: This analyst plans and schedules sales orders, monitors materials, optimizes inventory, and collaborates closely with commercial and logistics departments. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and replenishment of materials in stores 2. Sales order planning and scheduling 3. Inventory optimization and level analysis Planning and Scheduling Analyst \- Monitor daily material replenishment needs across stores based on demand and store manager requests. \- Conduct daily meetings with store managers to align on requirements, priorities, and order status. \- Plan and schedule sales orders to ensure material availability and on-time delivery. \- Reserve materials to fulfill sales orders. \- Track material turnover to identify opportunities for inventory optimization and prevent stockouts or overstocking. \- Analyze inventory levels and recommend actions to balance supply and demand. \- Collaborate integrally with commercial and logistics departments to ensure efficient supply flow. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
