In addition to being our customer, you now have the chance to join our team! **What will be your challenges?** * Conduct high-complexity ethical investigations involving multiple parties, senior leadership, or reputational risks; * Plan and execute investigative scope based on timelines, definition of primary and secondary objectives, involved risks, and stakeholders; * Apply advanced interview techniques—such as Statement Content Analysis (SCAN), smoke-screening, and detection of inconsistencies—while maintaining confidentiality and impartiality throughout the process; * Identify, preserve, and critically assess documents and evidence, building a robust evidentiary matrix; * Draft technical and executive reports with strategic recommendations for risk mitigation and determination of investigation outcomes (e.g., substantiated, unsubstantiated, inconclusive); * Support the area’s coordination in validating remedial measures and managing disciplinary consequences; * Actively participate in weekly alignment meetings, presenting case progress and guiding other analysts on the team; * Produce and present performance indicators, risks, and critical cases to the Ethics Committee; * Provide technical mentoring to junior analysts, contributing best practices and elevating the team’s technical proficiency; * Support continuous improvement of internal investigation and complaint-handling processes. **What do we consider important for you to join our team?** * Completed undergraduate degree: Law. * Planning and execution of complex ethical investigations; * Conducting investigative interviews using specialized techniques (SCAN, active listening, verbal behavior); * Documentary analysis, construction of evidentiary matrices, and critical evaluation of evidence; * Writing technical and executive reports with corrective and preventive recommendations; * Building and presenting indicators and dashboards for governance committees; * Proficiency in structured methodologies (5W2H, SCAN, ISO 37002 and 37301\ frameworks); * Knowledge of complaint management systems and ethics channels. **Nice-to-have knowledge:** **Employment type:** CLT; **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:48 (**Fully on-site**, with flexible scheduling); **Work location:** Headquarters \- Vila Leopoldina (near Parque Vila Lobos / Vila Lobos\-Jaguaré Station).
