**Responsibilities and Duties** **What will be your main responsibilities?**
* Manage a client portfolio focused on bicycle shops, conducting in-person visits and remote contacts according to the established field plan.
* Execute and adjust your visit plan, aiming for efficiency in commercial support of your client portfolio.
* Support retailers in analyzing their sales funnel, identifying opportunities to attract new cyclists and increase in-store sales conversion.
* Monitor clients’ product mix and inventory turnover, suggesting actions to balance stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
* Act as a business consultant to clients, proposing improvements in product display, portfolio management, sales staff training, and point-of-sale execution.
* Record visit information, sales results, and opportunities in the system, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need to apply?**
Experience in external sales and retail relationship management, preferably within durable consumer goods or sports segments.
Ability to analyze client performance (sell-in, sell-out, inventory, mix).
Capacity to plan routes and autonomously manage your territory.
Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and results orientation.
Valid driver’s license and availability for frequent travel.
**It’s a plus if you have:**
Knowledge of the bicycle market and the bicycle shop distribution channel.
Experience with CRM or commercial management tools.
A consultative and analytical profile—someone who “builds the business together with the client.”
