We seek a professional to strengthen our Human Resources team, with experience in accounting firms, expertise in labor-related routines, and interest in building a solid career in this field. Location: Fortaleza/CE – Edson Queiroz neighborhood. On-site work mode. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. CLT employment contract. Competitive and market-aligned salary. Main Responsibilities: Process employee onboarding, vacations, terminations, and payroll closing; Perform labor calculations and verifications; Manage employee benefits and monitor labor charges; Submit and verify information in eSocial; Monitor FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb, and other ancillary obligations; Serve clients and clarify questions related to Human Resources; Track collective bargaining agreements, labor legislation, and deadlines; Use the Domínio system for departmental routines. Requirements: Previous experience in Human Resources; Experience in accounting firms; Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; Technical or continuing education courses in Human Resources; Experience using the Domínio system; Knowledge of labor legislation and ancillary obligations; Analytical, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented profile; Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude; Interest in growth and career development within an accounting firm.
