We are constantly evolving and always open to new trends. **Responsibilities** Primary role: retain customers by ensuring delight in all their interactions with the strength training team; Ensure excellence and consistency in delivering individual programs and studio offerings; Direct and deliver the strength training service as defined by the brand; Serve as the main point of contact for customers and the reference for the strength training team; Deliver strength training and studio KPIs; Contribute to raising the technical knowledge level of the instructor team; Engage and hold the strength training team accountable. **Requirements** Degree in Physical Education Experience working in strength training areas. Experience managing fitness centers, preferably in strength training. Flexibility to work varied hours during the week and on weekends.
