Focus on infrastructure and facilities The association seeks a Purchasing and Facilities Analyst in São Paulo (Itaim Bibi). **Responsibilities:** Conduct quotations and negotiations and ensure optimal procurement terms. Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire process until delivery. Research and develop new suppliers, prioritizing cost-effectiveness and quality. Ensure accurate entry and verification of invoices in the SAP system, with correct fiscal and accounting classification. Maintain and update the supplier database. Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Control the association’s assets, ensuring physical integrity and precise registration of information in the system. Manage the warehouse, maintaining organization and operational efficiency. Infrastructure and facilities. Previous experience as Procurement Coordinator, Facilities Specialist, Supply Chain Analyst, or Procurement Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
