Requirements: * Experience in the IT field; * Experience in project management and team supervision; * Knowledge of administrative systems; * Organization, proactivity, and strong communication skills; * Familiarity with SAP Procurement will be considered a plus; * Familiarity with ServiceNow / SPM will be considered a plus. Responsibilities * Manage administrative and technology projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, and quality; * Monitor obligations, tracking deliveries, pending items, and schedules; * Follow up on and supervise team tasks, ensuring alignment and productivity; * Handle incident and process management using the ServiceNow SPM model; * Administer and monitor the company’s administrative systems; * Support internal process organization and continuous improvement of routines; * Prepare managerial reports and performance indicators for projects; * Participate in alignment meetings with internal departments and vendors; * Assist in budget control and financial monitoring of projects; * Ensure documentation and timely updates of project information; * Support prioritization definition and management of concurrent demands; * Serve as the focal point between administrative, operational, and IT departments; * Conduct periodic follow-ups with team members and stakeholders; * Identify risks and propose corrective actions for ongoing projects.
