Position: Operational Leader Responsibilities: \* Attendance tracking for assistants; \* Support in managing and distributing PPEs; \* Support for CD-related requests when necessary; \* Assistance with staff call-ups; \* Monitoring team performance at the client site. Requirements: \* Completed high school education; \* Easy access to the workplace; \* Prior leadership experience in the operational area; \* Full availability regarding working hours. Employment type: Intermittent / CLT – Formal employment registration, work performed on a per-call basis, and payment calculated according to days worked (aligned with client demand). \* R$130.00 per workday (Monday to Saturday) – no deductions, transportation voucher included \* R$234.00 per workday (Sundays and holidays) – no deductions, transportation voucher included Meals provided on-site.
